Drury Architects was commissioned to conduct an extensive Feasibility and Revitalization Study for this landmark shopping and retail village, examining opportunities to elevate the site's profile through thoughtful design and strategic development.

 

The resulting concept transforms the traditional shopping experience into a sophisticated, curated environment blending luxury retail, fine dining, and dynamic cultural spaces, all thoughtfully integrated within the site's historic context.

The project emphasizes experiential design through open-air spaces, pedestrian-friendly pathways, and sustainable architecture, while seamlessly respecting and enhancing the legacy of the iconic La Reina Theatre façade.  A refined selection of luxury boutiques, bespoke pop-up stores, gourmet restaurants, and vibrant social areas creates an elegant, inviting atmosphere that encourages leisurely exploration and community interaction. State-of-the-art technological amenities, including smart parking and digital wayfinding, are thoughtfully incorporated to ensure convenience and accessibility.
